Though color is definitely making a comeback, I have always been (and always will be) a loyal lover of white. Some of my favorite designers, like Darryl Carter also wax poetic about the power of white. By using this hue you allow the intrinsic beauty of a furniture piece or decorative object to really come through, uninterrupted.
So when I came across Victoria’s serene Brooklyn apartment, I instantly fell in love. She embraces that same notion so elegantly in her pad. By eliminating the visual color distractions, she’s created a space where each piece is revered and showcased in all its glory.
Isn’t the effect positively calming, sophisticated, and elegant? All things I crave my home to always be!
